The Paper Castle is an endearing story about the friendship that is formed between a crippled old man and a sick little girl. The story takes place in a hospital, and as Joey the little girl is slowly on her way to recovery, Cliff the elderly man, is not. However, Joey needs to eat to make a full recovery--something she is not doing. That's when Cliff decides to use his skill as a children’s book author to help Joey feel better. And so, the two draw up a story together on paper--a story which comes to life in an animated fairy tale.

The Paper Castle has played at numerous film festivals. And, there are plans for distributing it to other film festivals as well, such as (Sundance, Cannes, and The LA International Film Festival are a few of the festivals on the list). Other areas of distribution may include The Independent Film Channel or HBO Films. Also, the Internet could serve as a way to distribute the film as well (ifilm.com and atomfilms.com).
